Shipping Times

Shipping/Turn around times will be listed on each listing. If an items is ready to ship, it will ship within 3-5 business days. 
If it is a preorder or has different shipping times, it will be in the listing description or on our website header. Bamboo pajama preorders have a 35-40 business day turn around time. 

All items with ship first class USPS.

 

If you unselect Route shipping at check out, we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 

 

Turn around times

All Brooke & Grey items are ready to ship/pick up in within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise in the description of the product. 

*preorders are non refundable. By placing a preorder you understand and agree that you are paying now and waiting for the items to come in to us and then to you. Delays can occur due to shipping issues, holidays, weekends, and Chinese holidays.
