Returns are only accepted if there is an issue with the product. Please double check all sizes and variations before submitting your order.

If you unselect Route shipping at check out, we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 

*preorders are non refundable. By placing a preorder you understand and agree that you are paying now and waiting for the items to come in to us and then to you. Delays can occur due to shipping issues, holidays, weekends, and Chinese holidays. If you are unhappy with your item once you get it, please reach out for a return. This must be within 7 days of receiving it and it must be unworn and in the exact condition you received it in. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must ship the item back within 5 business days.
