Refunds/Returns

 -If you unselect Route shipping at check out, we are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 

-Preorders are non refundable. By placing a preorder you understand and agree that you are paying now and waiting for the items to come in to us and then to you. Delays can occur due to shipping issues, holidays, weekends, and Chinese holidays.

-If you are unhappy with your item once you get it, please reach out for a return. This must be within 7 days of receiving it and it must be unworn and in the exact condition you received it in. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must ship the item back within 5 business days. Once we inspect the items and they are in the same condition they were shipped out in, we will issue a refund for your items. Shipping cost and route shipping will not be refunded. 

-We do not offer exchanges in most cases as we mostly run on preorders and we usually only order the amount we need. Zippy bamboo pajamas do run big!

-All sale items are final. Not returns/exchanges
